The Hamteke Rack frame is designed to be a fast moving cavalry unit that excels at tearing into vehicle/infantry formations or lighter Racks. The giant arm mounted claws are meant to hook into other Rack units and rip chunks or limbs from them, and against vehicles and small structures, outright destroy them as it zooms past. However, they are quite impractical and unwieldy in a head-on fight, where the Hamteke has to rely on a series of short-to-medium range energy weapons. While sufficient to finish off injured foes, their firepower will be found lacking against a frontline Rack of similar weight or even many frontline vehicles.
