Underground port walkway scene

Wanted to see how hard it would be to create some sort of atmospheric crowd scene in a reasonable timeframe. Evidently, quite hard as seeing the final product, there just doesn't seem to be enough volume in both the characters or background detail to sell the busyness/hecticness. Colours looked a bit too chaotic so I did translucent layer of orange over most of the them to cheat them in line a bit
